CONSENT AND SERVICE AGREEMENT

INTRODUCTION
We are pleased to assist you in your study abroad journey. This Consent and Service Agreement
outlines the terms of our collaboration. By signing this document, you authorise Endesa Services Pvt
Ltd to act on your behalf in your university application process and agree to abide by the terms describedherein.

1. Authorization to Represent
You, the undersigned, hereby authorise Endesa Services Pvt Ltd to:
• Apply to educational institutions abroad on your behalf.
• Submit all necessary academic, personal, and financial documents to universities.
• Engage in communication with university representatives, admissions teams, and other relevant parties regarding your application status and related inquiries.
• Provide ongoing advice and support related to your application process.
Endesa Services Pvt Ltd will act on your behalf with your best interests in mind and with the
information you provide.

2. Processing Fee and Payment Terms
• A processing fee is applicable for the services provided, which covers the entire application
process. This fee is payable before any application activity begins and is non-refundable.
• The processing fee covers:
• Assessment of academic documents.
• University shortlisting and application submission.
• Personal statement, resume, and essay assistance.
• Admission interview preparation (if required).
• Additional services such as visa assistance, health insurance support, travel arrangements, and accommodation advice may incur extra charges. These charges will be communicated
separately before the services are provided.
Note: The non-refundable nature of the fee is due to the administrative and advisory efforts involved
from the very start of the process.

3. Exclusivity of Services
By signing this agreement, you commit to working exclusively with Endesa Services Pvt Ltd for all matters related to your study abroad applications during the duration of this contract. This means that:
• You agree not to apply independently or through any other agency or consultancy.
• You agree not to establish direct contact with the universities, unless expressly advised by
Endesa Services Pvt Ltd.
Failure to adhere to this clause will result in the termination of services, and no refund will be provided.
4. Assurance of Admission, Scholarship, or Visa
Endesa Services Pvt Ltd will provide the highest quality of services, but the final decision for:
• Admission: Is made solely by the universities and educational institutions based on their
criteria.
• Scholarships: Availability of scholarships is determined by the respective institutions or
governing bodies.
• Visa: The decision on student visa issuance is entirely under the jurisdiction of the country’s
immigration authorities.
We do not provide any assurance of admission, scholarships, or visa approvals.

5. University Selection and Application Strategy
Endesa Services Pvt Ltd will guide you in selecting universities that align with your academic
qualifications, career goals, and budget. However:
• You are responsible for final approval of the university list before applications are submitted.
• University admissions criteria vary, and Endesa Services Pvt Ltd will advise but cannot alter
these requirements.
• Some universities may charge application fees, which are your responsibility and separate from the processing fee charged by Endesa Services Pvt Ltd.

6. Documentation Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of all documents provided to Endesa Services Pvt Ltd, including:
• Academic transcripts, certificates, and degrees.
• Identification documents (passport, visa, etc.).

• Financial statements, sponsorship letters, and other required paperwork.
Submission of falsified documents may lead to immediate disqualification from the process. Endesa Services Pvt Ltd reserves the right to terminate the agreement in such cases, and fees will not be refunded.

7. Re-application and Appeal Support
If an application is unsuccessful, Endesa Services Pvt Ltd will:
• Review feedback from the university (if available) and provide advice on possible reapplication strategies.
• Assist in applying to alternative institutions, based on mutual agreement.
• Support visa re-application or appeal processes, subject to additional fees.
Please note that the re-application process may incur further costs, depending on the number of new applications or countries involved.

8. Visa Application and Immigration Support
Endesa Services Pvt Ltd will assist with:
• Visa application document preparation.
• Guidance on financial documentation and visa interview preparation.
• Submission of visa applications (if permitted by the country).
However, Endesa Services Pvt Ltd is not responsible for visa delays, rejections, or any decisions made by immigration authorities. You are required to cooperate fully by providing the necessary documents and attending any visa interviews.

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy
The processing fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your applications, visa results, or any unforeseen circumstances. However:
• If you wish to cancel the services before the application process begins, Endesa Services Pvt Ltd must be informed in writing. In such cases, any administrative charges incurred will be deducted, and a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Endesa Services Pvt Ltd.
• If you cancel after applications have been submitted, no refunds will be provided.

10. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Endesa Services Pvt Ltd respects your privacy and will ensure that all personal and academic
information is kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of the study abroad application. Your data will only be shared with universities and official entities as required.

11. Service Duration and Termination
This agreement remains valid from the date of signing until:
• Completion of the study abroad application process, including university responses and visa
submissions.
• Either party chooses to terminate the agreement, with written notice provided at least 30 days in advance. In case of breach of terms by the candidate (e.g., contacting other agencies), Endesa Services Pvt Ltd reserves the right to terminate services immediately without refund.

12. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Consent and Service Agreement. You confirm that:
• You have read and understood the terms of exclusivity, the non-refundable nature of the
processing fee, and the lack of guarantees regarding admission, scholarships, or visas.
• You agree to provide accurate documentation and work solely with Endesa Services Pvt Ltd for the entirety of the process.
